Other Peeps

Quomodocumqueon explains that 0.999... is 1.0 because I say so... but maybe a priori knowledge can be empirically refuted, according to my view of Descarte's demon in a comment on this post (at A brood comb). (Late entries: a nice rubbishing of constructivistic nonsense today at Good Math, Bad Math, and a fine point about faith today at Maverick Philosopher:) On the topic of definitions, Dawkins rather ironically called the wrong people "Jewish" according to this post (at Evolving Thoughts); and for yet more sense about the meaning of "Faith" see this post (at Siris) and the two following posts (also, do nothingless avoidists have a sense of humour? Clue:)
